Renewd’s 1 (One) Year Express Replacement Services Obligation are Limited to the Terms set forth Below :
Renewd warrants this refurbished hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty is valid only in the country in which the product is purchased. If a defect exists, and Renewd is obligated under this warranty, at its option Renewd will
(1) Renewd will provide a one time exchange of the product with a Like for like product that is Refurbished or that has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or
(2) In the event that a suitable replacement product can not be found Renewd will refund the original purchase price of the product.
This Service does not apply:
(a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication
(b) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an Authorised Service Provider;
(c) if any serial number has been removed or defaced.
A Renewd Express replacement has a NINETY (90) day warranty from the date of receipt by the customer. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Renewd’s property. When a refund is given, your product becomes Renewd’s property.

Returns
The stock market is always changing. It's not completely managed by us, since we have multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. You may not receive your order once it has been placed.
The period of time is 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you made your purchase We're sorry to say that we can't offer you a complete refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be returned in its original packaging.
